Share the Journey

September 27th, 2017 marks Pope Francis’ launch of a global campaign to support migrants around the world. Through this campaign, our Church hopes to dispel widespread fear of newcomers and to raise awareness of why so many people are compelled to leave their homes at this time in history. Here at Sacred Heart, we seek to extend our welcome to all who come to our parish, especially refugees and immigrants. We are a people called to love God and to love our neighbors.  And who is our neighbor? Those we meet and those we can help. Those we only read about and for whom we can pray. Those to whom we reach out to join in their home.
